Message From

Ever since I came to Delhi in search of bread and butter I have been desirous of doing something to unite and congregate the Biradri members living in and around Delhi. This thrust took me to various places and met various people of the Biradri.

We should rise above the biradari and look for the ways of development keeping in mind the entire qaum. Our community has improved a lot but still there has not been enough progress. Most of our people live in villages and their livelihood is farming. There are less educational opportunities in villages as compared to cities.

India is a multi-religious, multi-ethnic and multi-caste country. It is said that as a result of conversion, a person may lose his religion in India, but never loses his caste. In fact, the socio-economic, cultural and educational problems of each caste differ in space and time and therefore, need to be probed at the community and caste level.

I am happy to learn that GARA WELFARE ASSOCIATION, DELHI has brought out a directory of Gara Biradari Members residing in NCT Delhi, Over the years number of Biradari people has increased considerably and greater need of interaction amongst them is being felt, specially for social gatherings.

I am please to learn that Delhi Gara Welfare Association is bring out a Directory of people belonging to Gara Biradari living in around Delhi. I am aware that this Biradari, which consists of Landlords, has achieved tremendous success in the field of education also. I hope the effort of bringing out the Directory will prove to be very useful for interaction among its members.

A community (Biradri) can withstand the onslaught of time & face challenges posed to it proved its economy & botherhood remains strengthened. The Gada community which basically consisted of cultivators has now matured & spun itself to contribute effectively in all spheres of the society.

I am glad to know that the GADA Welfare Association, Delhi is planning to publish its Members' Directory, for the benefit of "GADA Community" and to make relevant information easily accessible. I extend my best wishes for the successful publication of the Members Directory by the GADA Welfare Association, Delhi.

The rise and fall of nations depend on the mutual connections and unity among them always. The efforts made by individuals to unite scattered communties in the world are always remembered, exemplifying the phrase 'the best of people are those who are beneficial to people.'"

It is a great pleasure to know that member of biradari in Delhi have taken a pleasant initiative for the welfare and development of their community and founded Gadha Welfare Association Delhi. I congratulate you and wish success for your Association.

I hope the our members do their best to promote the growth of our biradri and to uphold your legacy. This is where I learned that change only happens when ordinary people get involved and they get engaged, and they come together to demand it.”

In the name of Almighty I would like to share my views with you. I feel honored to convey a message to you regarding progress, welfare of our community. As you are very well aware that in this busy life no one has time to look at one’s kith and kin and community. So the people belong to our community have little interpersonal communication.
